BULLETIN: 💃 Sun Life is now extending direct billing privileges on your behalf to both Registered Social Workers (MSW, RSW), like myself, who offer psychotherapy services, as well as Registered Dietitians, where applicable.

Existing clients: If interested, please text or email me a pic of the front of your Sun Life membership card. I need to be the one to input your number. New clients: You can input your membership information while completing the Intake Forms.

From there, your curiosity will guide you to your answers without obligation.

TELEHEALTH SESSIONS: Video or phone sessions are offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Click a telehealth discipline, then follow the user-friendly steps to book. If you can see an open Friday spot, then that spot is available to book as a telehealth session.

IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS: 1) In-office hours are offered on Fridays only, subject to demand. 2) The session descriptions apply to both telehealth and in-office sessions. 3) *** To offset the cost of booking and using the office space, a $25 per hour in-office booking fee will be added to the quoted telehealth fees. 4) Please email (info@eatingdynamiksandtherapy.com) or call 416-483-9588 to schedule your in-office session. You can also add your name to the waitlist, and I will book you in as soon as a spot becomes available.

PAYMENT OPTIONS and RECEIPTS: Extended health insurance, Major credit cards, Gift Card, e-transfer, Visa Debit & Mastercard Debit Cards. Out-of-pocket payment receipts will be automatically emailed to you. A copy is also automatically stored in your “My Account” under Receipt.
