Your next step in navigating this site is to click on any professional discipline under the blue âOur Teamâ label below. From there, your curiosity will guide you to your answersâŚwithout obligation.
TELEHEALTH SESSIONS: Video or phone sessions are offered on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Click a telehealth discipline, then follow the user-friendly steps to self-book. If you see an open Friday spot, that spot is available to self-book as a telehealth session.
IN-OFFICE APPOINTMENTS: 1) In-office hours are offered on Fridays only, subject to demand. 2) The session descriptions shown apply to both telehealth and in-office sessions. 3) *** To offset the cost of booking and using the Davisville office space, a $25 per hour in-office booking fee will be added to the quoted telehealth fees. 4) Please email (info@eatingdynamiksandtherapy.com) or call 416-483-9588 to schedule your in-office session. You can also add your name to the waitlist, and I will book you when a spot becomes available.

Integrated Disciplines
An Initial 2-hour holistic dietary & mental health session. The information shared in this initial session will be used in follow-up sessions to seamlessly address both areas of concern.
Registered Dietitian
Dietetics /nutrition counselling /eating management services are offered as stand alone services. They can also be integrated with psychotherapy and applied on a session-by-session basis.
